At Body Rejuv Bath Co., we take pride in handcrafting every product with care using trusted, unadulterated ingredients sourced from reputable suppliers. Because our products are carefully customized and created in small batches in a hygienic environment, we cannot accept returns or issue refunds once an order has left our facility and reached the customer.
This policy ensures the safety, integrity, and freshness of our products, as we are unable to verify purity or resell any returned items.
1. All Sales Are Final
All purchases made through Body Rejuv Bath Co. are considered final sale. Due to the personal and handcrafted nature of our products, we do not accept returns or exchanges under any circumstances.
2. Damaged or Incorrect Orders
We want you to love your order. If your package arrives damaged, defective, or incorrect, please contact us within 3 business days of delivery so we can make it right.
- Send an email to orders@bodyrejuvbathco.com with your order number, a description of the issue, and clear photos of the product and packaging.
- Once reviewed, we will determine the best resolution. This may include a replacement product or store credit at our discretion.
3. Non-Returnable & Non-Refundable Items
The following items are strictly non-returnable and non-refundable:
- Used or opened products
- Products purchased through third-party retailers or resellers
- Digital gift cards
4. Cancellations
Orders may only be canceled within 24 hours of purchase. After this window, we begin processing and preparing your items, and cancellation will no longer be possible.
5. Exchanges
We do not accept product exchanges at this time.
